Tobacco Control
Mission Statement
The mission of Tobacco Control of Elkhart (TCEC) is to create, within our community, the belief that tobacco use is physically and financially harmful, and therefore, socially unacceptable. Our goal is to prevent and reduce the use of all tobacco products in Elkhart County, and protect our residents from exposure to secondhand or environmental tobacco smoke.
Hours of Operation
Monday : 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Project Description
Tobacco Control of Elkhart County serves as a resource on tobacco- related issues. We provide: general information concerning tobacco products; smoking cessation information & referral; assistance with smoke-free policy development and implementation; and, prevention programs for schools, 5th grade and up.
