Foot Care Clinics
Assessment, education and basic foot care provided at scheduled clinic sites. All appointments are scheduled through the Elkhart office 574-523-2127.
- For disabled or seniors age 60 or older
- Initial RN Assessment of the feet, as needed.
- Trim and file toenails.
- Report any abnormalities or concerns to physician.
- $15.00 fee.
