Community Health Nursing promotes the health of the community through assessment, prevention, surveillance, education, screening and treatment. The Division provides:

- Health Promotion Visits
- Childhood Lead Program
- Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening

- Tuberculosis (TB) Testing
- Immigration Testing
- Animal Bites and Rabies Information
- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Clinic
